Let's do hummus wraps this week!
Ideas include:
- Pitas/Gluten Free Pitas
- Tortillas/Gluten Free Tortillas
- Delicious hummus
- Lettuce/Spinach
- Tomato
- Shredded carrots
- Kalamata olives
- Sun-dried tomato
- Artichoke hearts
- Roasted vegetables (i.e: peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, etc.)
- Proteins (i.e: chicken, tofu, etc.)
- Red onion
- Feta cheese
- Cucumber
Other options include:
- Drinks
- Dessert
- Side dishes
We'll be providing pita (regular) and some other tasty things, depending on what everyone else is bringing.

ReplyDeleteJake and I will bring some gluten free/dairy free tortillas (I think there are 8 in the pack), several bell peppers for wraps or dipping, and romaine hearts that are good for making wraps.
